bodybuilding beginner

Hey guys, in this month i am usually going to the gym 5 time a week. My friend's they are always said that I'm crazy, but they are all not know that, how hard to gain muscles. After I read a lot of  post write by some blogger and bodybuilding article on the internet. Now, I will pay more attention on basic nutrition and going to make my food every day. Hope I can keep this routine for a long long time =]]]]]]
                               here is some food what I eat in daily
                                            Steak, Tomato, Potatoes
